I became more alert and when I meditated, my body became more relaxed. In high school I would drink a whole thermos full of coffee and I don\u2019t have to do that anymore. I mean I\u2019ve directly seen the benefits. I\u2019m a senior and I\u2019ve never gotten over a 3.0. This semester I\u2019ve had 22 credits, 4 lab sciences and I have a 3.6.
