The TM course
NEW! Remote learning now an option. All steps of the TM course can be completed from a distance, with the exception of the one-on-one personal instruction.
Online or In-Person Intro
The first step is an online or in-person intro talk by certified TM teachers.
Phone or Zoom Meeting
Certified TM teachers meet briefly with each course participant, either in-person or via phone or Zoom.
Learn TM
- First day: one-on-one in-person instruction in the TM technique.
- Next three days: additional guidance and instruction through either in-person group sessions or remote sessions.
Follow Up Session after 10 Days
This remote or in-person session verifies that TM practice is easy, enjoyable and providing maximum benefit.
Optional Monthly Follow Up Sessions
Additional remote monthly sessions can be scheduled for an agreed upon number of months following TM instruction.
Optional Personal Tune-Ups
Individual or small group TM tune-ups are available and can be arranged between the local TM teachers and participants.
Course Fee
The TM course fee is $780 per employee. The fee covers the full course described above, plus a lifetime of support with any US TM center. The Satisfaction Guarantee is included as specified in the TM for Work agreement.
For TM instruction at the business's site, the TM teachers' time and travel costs may be an additional charge.
